The family of Kyle Greene would like to thank the countless individuals who expressed their condolences and shared a favorite memory of Kyle with us. It is clear that our community cares about each other – as demonstrated not just in words of sympathy but also by the actions of hundreds as they provided meals, attended the visitation or funeral, or simply gave us a hug or shoulder to cry on. In particular, we would like to thank Chief Herr and the law enforcement officers and detectives of the Annandale Police Department and Wright County Sheriff’s Office for their prompt, thorough, and ongoing investigation which led to the arrest of several individuals connected to this senseless tragedy. We remain confident that justice will be served. Given the circumstances surrounding Kyle’s death, we recognize there might be prolonged interest in this case. We thank the media for continuing to respect our privacy as we will not be conducting interviews.
On 11/27/13, the Annandale Police Department and the Wright County Sheriff’s Office arrested, Preston Saengchanthalath, in connection with the death of Kyle Greene on 09/28/13.
The Wright County Sheriff’s Office and Annandale Police Department are attempting to locate Preston Saengchanthalath for 2nd Degree Murder and Armed Robbery in relation to a homicide that took place on 9/28/2013 in Annandale, MN. There is a warrant out for the arrest of Saengchanthalath from Wright County. He may be in the St. Cloud, MN area and should be considered armed and dangerous.

On 09/28/13, at approximately 7:59 AM, the Annandale Police Department was dispatched to a residence on Poplar Ave North in the City of Annandale where 42 year old, Kyle Greene was found deceased in the residence. The case is being investigated by the Annandale Police Department, Wright County Sheriff’s Office and the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office.
On 09/29/13, the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death of Kyle Greene as a homicide.
On 9/29/13 two subjects were arrested in connection with the death of Greene. Tyler James Fisher, 19, of Annandale was arrested for 2nd degree murder and Samara Leigh Juhl, 19, of Otsego was arrested for aggravated robbery.
On 10/02/13 Gray David Soltis, 22, and Osayme Emanuel Igho-Osagie, 21, of St Cloud were arrested for 2nd degree murder and Thomas Kevin Saengchanthalath, 19 of Albertville was arrested for aid/abet aggravated robbery in connection with the death of Greene.
The incident remains under investigation and anyone with information about the death is asked to call the Annandale Police Department or the Wright County Sheriff at 763-682-1162. Information will be released as it becomes available.

The family of Kyle Greene would like to thank those who expressed their condolences and offered their prayers and well wishes for our beloved family member. We will not give interviews as we wish to cooperate with the Annandale Police Department and the Wright County Sheriff’s Office, as well as any assisting law enforcement agencies, in their ongoing investigation. We recognize that in our small community where people care about each other, it is natural to try and get answers to make sense of any tragedy. We are learning that you simply cannot make sense out of a senseless tragedy like this. We thank everyone, especially the media, for respecting our privacy and allowing us to grieve and heal as a family during this very difficult time.
